IP Centrex is a new way of managing your phone service. Instead of several analog lines from a local phone company, and a purchased or leased key system or PBX, we integrate all your voice communications into one flexible system.

The system is broken down into the following components that are configured to suit your business

Incoming Telephone numbers (DIDs)

You can move your existing number, or we can assign you one in the area of your choice. This is the way into the system, so that your clients can reach you. We provide you one free with your account. You can have as many as you want. Order a direct line for key personnel, or have separate numbers to distinguish different branches of your business.

Switching Core

This is where it all comes together. Your incoming numbers are routed to menus, telephones, or call queues. The switch provides all the features that make the telephones work as a complete system. Features like voicemail, conference bridging, time-of-day routing, follow me to cell, and auto attendant are all included. Click on the links below for a more detailed description of each feature.

Telephone Sets

These are the physical endpoints used to communicate, and are often the only equipment that needs to be purchased. We primarily use Aastra Telecom's Enterprise IP sets on our system, because we have found that they are the best quality phones available at a reasonable price. Our hardware phones will behave much like a traditional PBX telephone, but with additional features. All the telephones we sell support PoE, which allows them to be powered from a suitably equipped network. If you travel with a laptop often, there is also a software program that can emulate the functions of a desktop telephone. If you need wireless mobility, the CT model phones have cordless handsets, or for campus installations, the Aastra SIP-DECT phones are ideal.

Customer Support

We are not a .com business that exists only in cyberspace. We show up at your door, set up your system, and provide hands-on training. Techical support is available by e-mail, telephone, or even on site as needed. We don't expect our customers to be engineers. We are here to take care of you.
